Our Story
It all started 10 years ago in a small one man office in New Jersey …
Giving up on entertainment, he suddenly jumped into the human resources industry.
Not knowing what was right and what was left, he went through a trial-and-error process every day.
Three months after joining the company, he was promoted to branch manager, but the only person he could rely on for both work and personal life was himself.
In such a situation, the support of clients and temporary workers was the only encouragement I had.
Companies struggling with hiring
Companies that cannot retain staff
Companies struggling with communication with their teams
Companies struggling with personnel who are constantly making demands
And
Some are working hard to get to the top
those who are unable to devote themselves to their work due to difficulties in their personal lives
those who have been injured and have become mentally and physically weak
those who are unable to close the distance between themselves and their superiors
those who want to grow but are not able to
those who are struggling to grow those clients We think together about the problems that the
client is facing and overcome them in a tripartite way.
We work together with temporary workers on their problems and
support their growth.
Somehow it became my reason for living.
And now our stance remains the same.
When a company grows rapidly and moves to a bigger building,
when a referral advances in their career,
I am happy as if it were my own.
We currently have clients from a wide range of industries including trading, trading, logistics, manufacturing, IT, finance, technology, travel, and food & beverage.
We are confident that the reason why our clients continue to choose us is because
we are a small business,
we are close to our clients and registrants,
and
our employees are dedicated to providing a meticulous service. We are confident of this.

Tokyo Born in Tokyo, Japan. Raised in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan.
International school graduate.
Worked as a general office clerk for a major air conditioner manufacturer in Tokyo between two study abroad programs.
After coming to the U.S., worked as a recruiter for a staffing agency.
He became a branch manager within 3 months of joining the company, and a year later he was in charge of both the East and West offices.
And at just 28 years old, he was appointed CEO of a subsidiary.
In 2018, he became independent and founded Humina Resources.
In her private life, she is a mother of two children.
